What You'll Earn
- Starting salary:£40,000
- At 6 months:£41,000 (on approval)
- At 12 months:£42,000
Plus:
- 5% one-off approval bonus
- Up to 10% annual performance bonus (paid quarterly)
- Overtime at time and a half (once approved)
- Optional upskilling for further pay increases (file handling or auditing)
Your Working Life
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. No weekends, no shifts, no nights
- Site-based, with a 50/50 hybrid option after training
- Location:Tamarisk House, 1 Cotlands Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH1 3BG

What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out face-to-face, phone, or video assessments with people living with physical and mental health conditions
- Reviewing medical evidence and applying your clinical judgement
- Writing clear, objective, evidence-based reports
- Supporting every person with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality
What We're Looking For
- Active registration with the NMC, HCPC, or GPhC as a: Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist
- At least 1 year of post-qualification adult clinical experience (you'll work with people aged 16-65)
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong analytical ability and confident IT skills
- Full UK right to work (sponsorship is not available)
