Everpool Recruitment is a growing specialist recruitment consultancy, recognised for delivering high-quality, people-first recruitment solutions across the UK. We are now looking for an ambitious Senior Resourcer to join our Commercial Division.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sourcing and engaging candidates across a variety of roles including marketing, sales, tech, office & commercial
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to understand skills, motivations and values
  • Advertising roles across job boards and social media platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, CV databases)
  • Building long-term candidate relationships and talent pipelines
  • Working closely with clients to understand workforce needs and job requirements
  • Managing compliance, references, and onboarding processes
  • Keeping accurate records using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Learning hiring trends and staying up to date with industry news
