Everpool Recruitment is a healthcare specialist consultancy with growing multi-sector capability across the UK. As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.

This is a high-impact role focused on winning new business, building strategic client partnerships, and positioning Everpool as a trusted recruitment partner across permanent, contract and temporary solutions.

Location: Hybrid, Bootle Office, Liverpool

The Role

You will:

  • Identify, target and secure new recruitment partnerships
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned to growth objectives
  • Build relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders and senior decision-makers
  • Present tailored recruitment solutions across healthcare and wider sectors
  • Negotiate terms of business and fee agreements
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes

  • Strong understanding of talent markets and hiring cycles
  • Demonstrated success in securing new clients
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
