Milestone Salary
- Starting: £40,000
- 6 months (on approval): £41,000
- 12 months: £42,000

- 5% one-off bonus on approval
- Up to 10% annual performance bonus, paid quarterly
- Overtime at 1.5x pay once approved
- Optional upskilling for further salary boosts — File Handling (WCA, +£500) and Auditing (PIP & WCA, +£500)
