We are seeking an experienced and accredited Senior Psychotherapist to join a specialist therapeutic service within a secure prison setting.

This is a unique opportunity to take on a senior clinical leadership role, leading the delivery and ongoing development of a newly established Therapeutic Community (TC). Working with individuals who have complex psychological needs, you'll play a pivotal role in creating an environment that promotes personal responsibility, emotional growth, rehabilitation and long-term behavioural change.
