Salary: £40,000– £42,000 + Up to £2000 Year 1 Uplifts + Bonuses
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm (No weekends or night shifts)
Location:Lower Castle Street, Bristol, BS1 3AG | Hybrid
The Role
Transition your clinical skills into a structured, assessment-based role with a great work-life balance. You\'ll evaluate how long-term conditions impact daily life, writing clear, objective reports to help determine support eligibility. No hands-on clinical care involved.
Salary & Progression
- PIP Pathway: £40000 start £43000at 6 months £44000at 12 months
- WCA Pathway: £42000 start £44000at 6 months £45000at 12 months
- Bonuses: 5% one-off bonus upon approval + 10% annual performance bonus (paid quarterly)
- Overtime: Paid at 1.5x (post-approval)
- Upskilling Boosts: Additional +£500uplifts available for voluntary training in Auditing or File Handling
- Benefits: 12 weeks paid training | 25 days holiday + bank holidays | 6% pension | ShareSave scheme
- Registration: Active NMC, HCPC, or GPhC registration (Nurse, OT, Physio, Paramedic, Pharmacist)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year post-qualification adult clinical experience
- Skills: Strong report writing, communication, and IT skills
- Work Rights: Full UK Right to Work (no sponsorship available)
