Disability Assessor (PIP / WCA) Nurses | OTs | Physiotherapist | Paramedics (PIP only) | Pharmacists (PIP only)

Hybrid | Monday to Friday | Competitive Salary + Bonus

PIP Assessor (3 assessments a day): £40,000 + 5% bonus when completed training

WCA Assessor (5 assessments a day): £42,000 + 5% bonus when completed training

Candidates should ideally be open to PIP or WCA depending on local availability.

What You’ll Do:

  • Review all media and supporting evidence of the claimant
  • Conduct structured assessments based on this evidence either face-to-face, telephone or video
  • Explore their typical day and real-world impact
  • Assess reliability: Can they do it safely, repeatedly, in a reasonable time frame and to an acceptable standard
  • Explore variability (good/bad days, flare-ups, fatigue patterns)
  • Record findings clearly and neutrally
  • Produce high-quality, justified reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
  • Follow DWP safeguarding and professional standards

Training:

  • 12-week paid training (full-time) covering:
  • Assessment techniques
  • DWP guidelines
  • Report Writing
  • Fully supported before working independently

  • Confident with IT and typing
