Professional Registration
- Active UK NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration with no restrictions.

Clinical Experience
- Minimum of 12 months' post-registration experience
- Minimum of 12 months' UK-based adult clinical experienceExperience working within adult clinical settings such as acute, community, rehabilitation, primary care, secondary care or mental health services
- Strong clinical assessment, history-taking and clinical reasoning skills
- Experience producing clear, evidence-based clinical documentation
- Confident IT skills and ability to work across digital systems
