  • We're recruiting for a

Registered Manager to take the lead in a friendly, community-based adult care service supporting around

30 individuals to live independently in their own homes.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Lead the daily operation of the service, ensuring safe and effective care delivery.
  • Ensure high standards of person-centred support are maintained.
  • Oversee compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding requirements and company policies.
  • Manage, support and motivate the staff team.
  • Monitor the quality of the service and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Split your time between office-based management and visiting clients within the community.

About You

  • Previous experience in a Registered Manager.
  • Good knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering excellent care and achieving positive outcomes.
  • Confident working both in an office environment and out in the community.

Qualifications

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager.
