- We're recruiting for a
Registered Manager to take the lead in a friendly, community-based adult care service supporting around
30 individuals to live independently in their own homes.
- What you'll be doing
- Lead the daily operation of the service, ensuring safe and effective care delivery.
- Ensure high standards of person-centred support are maintained.
- Oversee compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding requirements and company policies.
- Manage, support and motivate the staff team.
- Monitor the quality of the service and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Split your time between office-based management and visiting clients within the community.
About You
- Previous experience in a Registered Manager.
- Good knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- A genuine commitment to delivering excellent care and achieving positive outcomes.
- Confident working both in an office environment and out in the community.
