This is an exciting opportunity to join a fashion brand. We are seeking a Store Manager who can lead from the front and deliver an exceptional in-store experience while driving strong commercial results.
As Store Manager, you will inspire and lead your team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets, creating an environment where customers feel confident, valued and well styled. You'll set the standard in store β making both strategic and day-to-day decisions that drive performance, team engagement and a seamless customer journey. What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years leadership experience within menswear, fashion, premium retail or luxury retail
- Experience in a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager role, ready for the next step
- A team leader who enjoys coaching, developing and motivating teams to succeed
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to retail challenges
- Strong commercial awareness with experience analysing KPIs and driving sales performance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Passion for fashion, styling and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods
