Who We’re Looking For

Experienced healthcare professionals with 12+ months’ post-registration experience, including:

  • Registered Adult Nurses (RGN)
  • Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN)
  • Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD)
  • Physiotherapists
  • Occupational Therapists
  • Paramedics

Experienced Functional Assessors are also welcome to apply.

What You Need

  • Valid NMC or HCPC registration (without restrictions)
  • Strong clinical reasoning and report‑writing skills
  • Confident IT capability
  • Ability to commute to Barnstaple for face‑to‑face assessments
  • Full right to work in the UK

The Role

As an Adult Health & Disability Clinician, you’ll apply your clinical expertise to evaluate how health conditions affect day‑to‑day life. You will:

  • Conduct adult-only functional assessments
  • Review clinical and medical evidence
  • Produce structured, evidence‑based reports
  • Work independently with ongoing clinical support
  • Take full control of your diary after six months

This is not a diagnostic or treatment role. It offers a structured, stable clinical environment with meaningful work – without shift patterns, hospital pressures or unpredictable workloads.
