No nights. No weekends. No bank holidays. No long shifts.
Salary
- PIP Assessor (3 assessments per day): £39,500 + bonus. £1,000 salary increase after 6 and 12 months.
- WCA Assessor (5–6 shorter assessments per day): £42,000 + bonus. £1,000 salary increase after 6 months.
- Up to 10% quality and performance bonus
Candidates should ideally be open to PIP or WCA depending on local availability.
Hours
- Full-time (WCA/PIP) Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
- Part-time (WCA Only) 0.6 FTE (3 days) 0.8 FTE (4 days) PT must work Friday and can choose the remaining days to work.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct structured assessments (telephone and face-to-face)
- Review medical evidence and daily living impact
- Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
- Make objective recommendations based on evidence
This is an assessment-focused role — no prescribing, no treatment plans, no shift pressures.
Training
12-week paid training covering:
- Assessment techniques
- DWP guidelines
- Report writing
You will be fully supported before working independently.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year post-registration experience in an adult setting
- At least 1-year active registration
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Confident IT and typing skills
