Registered Adult Nurse / OT / Physiotherapist / Paramedic
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 + 5% incentive bonus (PIP or WCA Functional Assessor) plus excellent bonus scheme.
Location: Aylesbury | Positions: Full time & Part-time available
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (Full-time). No nights or weekends.

Role Overview
- Conduct assessments of claimants' health and work capabilities via phone and face‑to‑face.
- Review medical evidence, health questionnaires, and daily living activities.
- Compile detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
Example Tasks
- Interview claimants to understand health conditions and daily challenges.
- Review medical records and write comprehensive reports.
- Provide recommendations based on thorough assessments.
Training Program
Successful candidates will complete a 12‑week comprehensive training program covering:
- Assessment Techniques – best practices for accurate evaluations.
- DWP Guidelines – requirements and guidelines of the DWP.
- Report Writing – skills for detailed and objective reporting.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year post‑registration relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of active registration with NMC or HCPC.
- Strong communication and assessment skills, proficient at typing/report‑writing, excellent IT skills.
