Everpool Recruitment is partnering with a national provider to recruit Functional Assessors for PIP and Work Capability Assessments (WCA). Salary & Progression
- Starting Salary:£40,000
- After 6 months (upon approval):£43,000
- After 12 months:£44,000
Bonus & Benefits
- 5% one-off approval bonus
- Up to 10% annual performance bonus (paid quarterly)
- Overtime paid at 1.5x once approved
- Additional salary uplifts:
- WCA File Handling: +£500
- Auditing (PIP & WCA): +£500
The Role
You’ll carry out telephone, video and face-to-face assessments, review medical evidence, discuss how conditions impact daily living and work, and produce evidence-based reports for the DWP.
This is an assessment and report-writing role only – you will not make benefit decisions.
Requirements

You must have:
- 1+ year post-registration clinical experience (adult setting)
- 12+ months' active NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration
- Good communication, report-writing and IT skills
