Salary: £39,500–£44,000 (rising by £1,000 at 6 & 12 months)

Full Time – Hybrid

What is the role?

  • You will be working as a clinical assessor completing Work Capability Assessments (WCA) or Personal Independent Payment (PIP) Assessments with claimants.
  • Assessing claimants health & daily living via phone and face-to-face appointments.
  • Reviewing medical evidence & compiling detailed reports for the DWP.
  • Using your clinical expertise in a role that values quality, not speed.

Essential Criteria

  • Registered Nurse, OT or Physio.
  • Minimum 1-year post‑registration experience in an adult setting.
  • NMC/HCPC registered.
  • Strong written and verbal clinical communication skills.
  • Confident communicator & report writer – IT literate.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a clinical caseload efficiently.
  • Experience working with complex health conditions.
