What You’ll Do
- Conduct structured assessments (telephone and face-to-face) for Work Capability Assessments (WCA) on behalf of the DWP
- Review medical evidence and produce clear, evidence-based clinical reports
- Apply your professional judgement to evaluate how health conditions affect daily living and work capability
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Physiotherapist
- Minimum 1 year post-registration experience in an adult clinical setting
- Current NMC or HCPC registration
- Confident communicator with strong report-writing and IT skills
- Experienced in managing complex health conditions and independent caseloads

What You’ll Get
- Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 (rising by £1,000 at 6 & 12 months)
- Bonus: Up to 10% based on performance
- Schedule: Monday to Friday only – no nights, weekends, or bank holidays
- Hybrid working: Split between home and local assessment centre
