Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop Store Managers and teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Drive sales performance and deliver area‑wide KPIs and commercial objectives
- Ensure visual merchandising is consistently aligned with the brand’s fashion‑forward identity
- Recruit, train and develop high‑performing managers and future talent
- Act as the link between Head Office and stores, ensuring clear communication and alignment to brand strategy
- Maintain operational excellence, compliance, and consistently high standards across all locations
About You
- Proven Area Manager experience within fashion (or premium retail such as beauty, accessories, jewellery) dubbed
- A confident people leader with a strong coaching style and passion for developing teams
- Commercially strong with a proven record of driving sales and profitability
- Passionate about fashion, customer experience and delivering a premium brand pesan
