Working Pattern
Hybrid – 2–3 Days Onsite | Remaining Days Working from Home
This is an assessment-focused role with no treatment plans, no prescribing, no ward pressures and no caseload management.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face functional assessments.
- Review medical evidence and clinical history.
- Assess the impact of physical, mental health and cognitive conditions on daily living and mobility.
- Apply clinical reasoning to produce accurate, evidence-based reports.
- Complete documentation remotely following assessments.
- Work independently within a structured clinical framework.
- Who We're Looking For
You must hold a valid UK professional registration with either the NMC or HCPC as one of the following:
- Adult Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Adult Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Adult Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
- Adult Occupational Therapist
- Adult Physiotherapist
- Paramedic
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 12 months' post-registration clinical experience
- Active UK NMC or HCPC registration
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent written communication and report writing ability
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
