Adult Disability Assessor (PIP/WCA) – Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Pharmacists are needed for hybrid roles nationwide. Hybrid remote functional assessors work from home and in office with no weekends, bank holidays, or long shifts. Full-time positions are available after a full-time training period.

Salary and Benefits

  • PIP Functional Assessor: £39,500 starting salary + £1,000 increases at 6 and 12 months + Excellent Bonus Scheme.
  • WCA Functional Assessor: £42,000 starting salary + £1,000 increase at 12 months + Excellent Bonus Scheme.
  • Generous Bonuses up to 10% for quality and performance.

Work-Life Balance: 9am–5pm hours, no nights or weekends.

Flexible Work Options: Full-time roles available.

Annual Leave: 25 days + bank holidays, can purchase up to 5 additional days.

Pension Scheme: Up to 6% contributory.
