The Role:
As a Functional Assessor, you'll use your clinical knowledge, assessment skills and professional judgement to understand how an individual's health conditions or disabilities affect their functional ability and capacity for work.
You'll carry out structured assessments, review medical information, ask relevant questions and produce clear, accurate and evidence-based reports.
This isn't a hands-on clinical role — you'll be using the skills you've developed throughout your healthcare career in a new and rewarding environment.

Who We're Looking For? We're looking for experienced:
- Registered Nurses
- Physiotherapists
- Occupational Therapists
- Pharmacists
- Paramedics
You'll need:
- Active NMC or HCPC registration
- At least 12 months' post-registration clinical experience
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Confidence completing assessments and documenting clinical information
- The ability to work independently and manage your workload
