We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected client, who is looking to expand their team with the addition of an experienced Costs Draftsperson. This is an exciting opportunity for a hard-working and self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail, who thrives working independently and is confident managing deadlines and targets. There is also the potential for future progression, including the opportunity to lead a small team or manage a dedicated client account.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience in a Costs Drafting role (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage their own caseload
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Experience using Proclaim and Costs Master would be advantageous (but not essential)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting bills of costs for a variety of cases including PI claims, industrial disease claims, commercial matters, clinical negligence claims, and credit claims
  • Preparing schedules of costs and statements for trial
  • Providing costs advice
