The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in a Costs Drafting role (essential)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage their own caseload
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Experience using Proclaim and Costs Master would be advantageous (but not essential)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting bills of costs for a variety of cases including PI claims, industrial disease claims, commercial matters, clinical negligence claims, and credit claims
- Preparing schedules of costs and statements for trial
- Providing costs advice
