We are looking for an Intern on a year-long paid placement from a UK-based degree, to work alongside our experienced team of industry professionals in renewable energy system technologies including Solar, Wind, Battery Energy Storage Systems, Hydrogen and Hydro.

Salary: £24.5k.

Start date: Flexible from end August 2026.

Deadline for applications: 15 January 2026.

Location: The intern should be based in the Bristol office with hybrid remote working possible. Everoze also has offices in Glasgow, France and Spain that there may be opportunities to visit during the year.

Everoze is a technical and commercial consultancy, specialising in renewables, storage, green hydrogen and wider energy flexibility. We are passionate about accelerating the transition to a decarbonised energy system. We have no bosses or formal hierarchy. Your role: You will complete a 12-month internship in renewable energy consultancy across the core technologies that Everoze specialises in, to provide support to the Everoze technology teams to complete ongoing commercial work and improve analysis tools and techniques. Specifically, this could include:

  • Carrying out market and technology analysis;
  • Providing strategic technological advice;
  • Conducting technical due diligence;
  • Undertaking site inspections;
  • Tool creation and development.

We are looking for someone who is motivated to take the initial step in their renewables consulting career by joining Everoze for a 12-month internship to gain a technical understanding of the technologies in which we operate, the commercial challenges of renewable energy projects and the consultancy industry.

Core technical skills and qualifications required for the role:

  • Coming up to a possible authorised sandwich/internship year, for 2026-27, of any UK undergraduate degree with strong academic performance;
  • Ability to write clear, precise and concise reports in English;
  • You want to use your skills to change our energy system for the better.

  • Analytical ability: You enjoy and have an aptitude for Excel and/or coding (Python, SQL).

Everoze will provide you with a mentor for the duration of the internship who will be responsible for supporting you with identifying and achieving your own development goals and to tackle any problems that may arise.
