Everon is growing.
We've won awards, expanded our Microsoft Cloud capabilities, and built a client base across regulated industries that trusts us with their technology.
As our clients continue to modernise, we're delivering increasingly complex Microsoft 365, security, Azure and Modern Workplace projects alongside our managed IT services.
We're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between technical support and project delivery.
Someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges but is equally comfortable leading the implementation of modern Microsoft solutions that genuinely improve the way our clients work.
We need someone the team can rely on.
The person our engineers turn to when they're stuck.
The person our clients trust when things get complicated.
Someone who can look beyond the immediate issue, understand the bigger picture, and guide both technical support and project work with confidence.
This role is about becoming one of Everon's senior technical specialists.
You'll help shape our Modern Workplace offering, support the delivery of Azure Virtual Desktop and Microsoft 365 projects, and play a key role in helping us build the next generation of cloud-first services for our clients.
If you're someone who enjoys variety, wants to work with the latest Microsoft technologies, and likes the idea of having a genuine influence on how a growing MSP delivers technology, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
You'll be the person the team leans on.
When a ticket needs more than a standard fix, you pick it up, understand what's really going on, and work out the right path forward.
You'll work across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, server administration and endpoint management, using your experience to solve complex technical challenges.
Alongside support, you'll take a leading role in delivering Modern Workplace projects.
From Microsoft 365 migrations and Intune deployments to Conditional Access, Defender and Azure Virtual Desktop, you'll help design, implement and hand over solutions that improve how our clients work.
This is an MSP, so no two days are the same.
One day you could be troubleshooting a complex authentication issue, the next delivering an Intune rollout or helping plan an Azure Virtual Desktop deployment.
You'll work closely with clients, own technical workstreams, and see projects through to a successful conclusion.
You'll also be a trusted technical mentor within the team.
Our engineers will come to you for guidance on complex issues, and you'll help raise standards through knowledge sharing, good documentation and practical advice.
As you grow with us, you'll become one of Everon's technical specialists, helping shape how we deliver Modern Workplace and Microsoft Cloud solutions.
- What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Owning and resolving escalated tickets end-to-end across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, server administration and endpoint management.
You investigate, fix, document and close.
- Acting as the escalation point for our engineers, helping them solve complex problems, sharing your knowledge and raising the technical standard across the team.
- Leading technical workstreams on Modern Workplace projects, including Microsoft 365 migrations, Intune deployments, Conditional Access, Defender and Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Evaluating and implementing technical changes with a risk-managed approach. You validate before you commit, think through the knock-on effects, and always put security first.
- Working directly with clients during discovery, implementation and project handovers, providing clear technical guidance and building trusted relationships.
- Diagnosing complex issues that span multiple systems, from authentication and DNS to networking, Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Improving documentation, technical standards and deployment processes so every solution is easier to support and repeat.
- Managing your own workload across multiple clients, balancing project delivery with high priority support work.
- Who We’re Looking For
You naturally look beyond the immediate problem to understand what's really going on.
Whether you're troubleshooting a complex issue or delivering a client project, you think things through, spot the risks, and make sensible decisions based on experience.
You enjoy variety and take pride in seeing work through from start to finish.
You're just as comfortable resolving a complex technical issue as you are leading a Microsoft 365 migration, delivering an Intune rollout or working with a client to implement a new solution.
You're someone others trust.
Our engineers will come to you for guidance because you explain things clearly, share your knowledge, and help people develop rather than simply giving them the answer.
Clients trust you because you're professional, approachable and communicate in a way that makes technical concepts easy to understand.
Security is second nature to you.
You validate before making changes, consider the wider impact of your decisions, and always look for the right solution rather than the quickest one.
Most importantly, you're confident enough to know what you know, and honest enough to ask for help when you don't.
We'd much rather someone asks the right questions than makes assumptions that put a client environment at risk.
That's Integrity & Transparency in action, and it's one of the values we live by.
