We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. Duties
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, managing enquiries efficiently
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings using calendar software
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
- Maintain organised records and filing systems for easy retrieval of information
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Support other team members with clerical duties as required to ensure office efficiency
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational abilities
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with data entry and familiarity with QuickBooks is desirable
