Our client is a leader in the information services and SaaS subscription industry, known for delivering data-driven insights and digital products that power smarter business decisions. They are a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of innovation in the B2B digital subscription space. As they continue to scale their digital offering, they’re seeking a Product Manager to drive the next generation of their digital product suite which covers AI led products - LLM, Agentic AI, recommender systems and more. This is a pivotal role working directly with senior leadership to shape product vision and deliver impactful solutions across a portfolio of subscription-based digital tools.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate closely with the senior leadership to shape and communicate product vision and strategy.
- Develop and manage a clear product roadmap informed by customer insight, user testing, and data.
- Translate ideas into actionable product requirements and guide delivery with Engineering, Data, and Design teams.
- Ensure seamless integration between UX/UI design and product development (mentoring a small team).
- Support go-to-market planning with marketing and sales teams.
- Track and deliver on key metrics like user engagement and product satisfaction.
What we’re looking for:
- Specific career trajectory and experience focused as a Product Manager within digital subscriptions, information services or SaaS, preferably in B2B.
- Agile / Scrum Master / Project Management Qualifications beneficial but not essential.
- Proven track record of success in developing products with high quality user experience.
- Proven track record of success in leading high quality customer research and translating needs into product ideas.
- Experience in planning development roadmaps which correlate business strategy.
- Influencing skills; interacting with stakeholders and leading / developing teams; with a customer led viewpoint.
- The right candidate has the ability to uncover customer needs, translate those needs into a set of product features and gain alignment on the delivery with the Engineering organisation, whilst being able to align to overall business and customer needs.
- Ability to translate technical terminology to business stakeholders.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and apply structure, rigour and priorities to your workload.
