Our client is seeking a digitally driven creative leader to elevate content output and accelerate social media performance across a portfolio of high-end lifestyle and luxury brands. This is a key senior hire at a moment of exciting business growth.
As Associate Director – Digital Strategy & Partnerships, you will lead content-first digital strategy, bringing ideas to life through standout social campaigns and multi-channel storytelling. You'll pair creative vision with commercial awareness, strengthening brand presence while delivering measurable results across paid, earned and owned channels.
Coming from an agency background, you'll thrive in pace, variety and creativity – comfortable switching between high-level strategy, hands-on delivery and client-facing leadership. You'll guide the team, shape best practice and remain close to content development to ensure output is premium, purposeful and results-focused.
Where You’ll Drive Impact
- Lead social and content strategy end-to-end, crafting impactful creative for luxury travel, wellness and F&B brands.
- Deliver integrated campaigns across organic + paid social, email, PPC, SEO, analytics and emerging AI-powered tools.
- Oversee content development across formats—reels, short-form video, editorial copy, social assets and web content.
- Act as the agency's digital authority—presenting strategy with confidence and guiding clients with clarity.
- Support digital team growth through smart resource planning and operational development.
- Mentor and empower junior creatives, fostering collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Lead RFP responses, pitch persuasively and surface commercial opportunities to support wider agency growth.

- 7+ years in digital marketing, specifically within an agency environment.
- Strong expertise in social-led campaigns, content strategy and channel-specific storytelling.
- Proven success delivering multi-platform campaigns from concept through rollout.

- Strong presenter and communicator with the ability to influence internally and externally.
