Currently recruiting for a leading client who straddle the retail and luxury space. The ideal candidate will have experience and enjoy execution around marketing strategy, SEO, PPC, paid social and have a keen eye for analytics within campaign performance. This role is within a historic brand, flat structure and collaborative, innovative environment. Being able to manage supplier relationships and be comfortable with presenting to the leadership team is also key. There is an opportunity to manage direct reports and additionally be involved in CRM Marketing. Fully onsite position; any experience within luxury, retail, e-commerce or similar industries is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities / Skills
- Develop and execute omni-channel digital marketing strategy to boost visibility, loyalty, and sales
- Lead all performance marketing efforts including PPC, paid social and more
- Analyse campaign data and propose actionable insights to leadership and brand partners
- Collaborate with Salesforce and ecommerce teams to enhance performance within digital
- Manage SEO campaigns
- Create and track performance reports, leveraging tools like Google Analytics or similar
- Drive CRO initiatives to improve user journey and maximise ROI
- Digital marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, AdWords & social advertising
- Excellent communicator with solid Excel skills and the ability to clearly present campaign insights
- Proven track record of results in paid and organic campaigns
- Desirable would be any experience around Shopify, Salesforce or Google Tag Manager
