Night Care Assistant
Location:Ashton Manor Care Home, Lancaster, Lancashire
Salary: £13.45 per hour withovertime paid at £14.95per hour
Hours:Full-time, 38.5hours a week, 8am - 8pm shifts on a two-week rolling rota:
- Week 1:Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2:Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
To ensure consistency in our care delivery, applicants must already have the Right to Work in the UK for a minimum of 18 months from their agreedstart date.

About the Role:
Evermore Care is seeking compassionate NightCareAssistantsto join the team atAshton Manor, our state-of-the-art care home in Lancaster. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents in a modern and innovative environment. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in residents' lives while working as part of a supportive and dedicated team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional personal care, including washing, dressing, eating, and toileting.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed linens.
- Build strong rapport with residents, staff, and families while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate seamlessly within the multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience working in dementia or residential care settings.
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents and the wider team.
- Strong understanding of patient confidentiality.
