Key Responsibilities
- Support the Home Manager in day‑to‑day operations and service delivery
- Oversee and maintain high standards of clinical and care quality
- Lead and support staff teams, including supervision, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and health & safety standards, and play a key role in preparing for our first CQC inspection
- Act as a role model and brand ambassador for Evermore Care
- Engage with the local community and participate in the on‑call management rota
- Contribute to occupancy and referral management, ensuring smooth admissions
About You
- Proven leadership experience within elderly or dementia care
- Strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and mental capacity legislation
- Skilled in team leadership, coaching, and performance management
- Confident in managing the home in the absence of the Home Manager
