Night Care Assistant
Location: Astley View, Chorley
Salary: £13.45 per hour and overtime paid at £14.95 per hour, equivalent £26,926 pa
Hours: Full-time, 38.5 hours a week, 8pm-8am shifts on a two-week rolling rota
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

About the Role
Evermore Care is seeking compassionate Care Assistant (Nights) to join the team at Astley View, our state‑of‑the‑art, purpose‑built, luxury care home in Chorley. You will play a crucial role in delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care to elderly residents in a modern and innovative environment, across our brand new community. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in residents' lives while working as part of a supportive and dedicated team, with plenty of opportunity for development.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional personal care, including washing, dressing, eating, and toileting.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed linens.
- Build strong rapport with residents, staff, and families while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate seamlessly within the multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.
Experience Required
- Previous experience (either personal or work‑based) within adult social care
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents and the wider team.
- Strong understanding of patient confidentiality.
