About the Role:
Evermore Care is seeking experienced Care Assistants for our new service at Astley View in Chorley, Lancashire. This role involves providing compassionate, high-quality care to elderly residents in a modern and innovative care environment. You will work closely with the team to ensure each resident receives personalised, thoughtful care tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional personal care, including washing, dressing, eating, and toileting.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed linens.
- Build strong rapport with residents, staff, and families while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate seamlessly within the multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience working in dementia or residential care settings.
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents and the wider team.
- Strong understanding of patient confidentiality.
