Evermore Care is seeking passionate and experienced Senior Care Assistants to join our team at Ashton Manor, a luxury, state-of-the-art care home in Lancaster. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, supervise, and mentor a team of care assistants while providing outstanding person-centred care to residents.
About the Role:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will oversee and guide the care team, ensure high standards of care, and support residents through their night-time routines. You will be responsible for administering medication, observing changes in residents' conditions, and directing appropriate care. Experience Required:
