- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday

About the Role
Evermore Care is seeking dedicated Senior Care Assistants to join our new service, Astley View Care Home, in Chorley, covering maternity leave for up to 9-months. This is an exciting opportunity to support our management team by guiding our amazing team of Care Assistants in the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care to our residents.
Experience Required
- Proven leadership or mentoring experience in an elderly care or dementia care setting.
- Experience in providing outstanding person-centred care.
- Achieved or working towards NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding vulnerable adults’ policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and create or update care plans in line with residents’ needs and preferences.
- Follow professional standards and adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations set by the Care Quality Commission.
