The Role
We are offering a paid internship based in our Belfast office, providing hands‑on exposure to the operations of a growing multi‑entity group. The successful candidate will work closely with, and report jointly to, the Chief Financial Officer and the Executive Assistant to the Chairman, gaining insight into both the strategic and financial functions that support the Group. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a broad foundation in corporate operations, finance, and executive support within a fast‑moving organisation.
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative and organisational support to the Chairman's office, including diary management, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
- Assist the CFO with financial administration tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and report preparation.
- Support the coordination of Group‑wide projects and initiatives spanning Everlough Holdings and its subsidiaries.
- Help prepare documents, presentations, and briefing materials for senior stakeholders.
- Carry out research and analysis tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive commercial and financial information.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- A proactive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work discreetly with sensitive information.
