Project Manager – PrimeServ Industries
Everllence UK is a trusted provider of industrial services and solutions in the turbomachinery and energy sectors.
Reporting to the Head of Project Management, the Project Manager will initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close field service projects, including self‑buyer spares, inspection and repair projects. The role also involves driving order intake, revenue and profit targets and supporting the growth of Business Unit products and services within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for service, spares, inspection/repair or upgrade requirements.
- Manage and coordinate customer spares and service business for responsible accounts.
- Ensure service delivery priorities are understood and achieved by internal and external stakeholders.
- Calculate and issue quotations for services provided by the local business.
- Coordinate technical, administrative and commercial planning and scheduling of maintenance activities on turbomachinery equipment for field service personnel.
- Arrange, review and compile all necessary documentation and work instructions for the Field Service staff to complete planned activities safely, including risk assessments and required safety documents.
- Ensure project management activities comply with company policy and applicable industry or regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all projects are executed safely, on time and within budget.
- Coordinate quotations for troubleshooting, service, repairs and technical support activities carried out by product center.
- Support growth strategies within the region (budget quotations, order intake, revenue/casing, customer visits).
Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- 5‑10 years of Project Management experience in an operational/service environment.
- Experience in sales promotion and service delivery activities.
- Commercial awareness.
- Knowledge of turbomachinery aftermarket business stakeholders, including customers, vendors, contractors, and competitors.
- Understanding of industry HSSE standards and other key business regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with digital platforms such as MS Office, SAP, CRM, PrimeShop, etc.
- Experience in P&L management.
- Technical expertise and implementation of new process technologies.

Location
The position is based in Stockport or Kintore (just outside Aberdeen). The Project Manager will regularly travel to customer sites and work on location as required. It is an office‑based contract with the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week, depending on schedule.
