This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of health & safety across the business, ensuring a safe working environment and supporting the ongoing development of H&S standards and processes.
Were looking for:
NEBOSH qualification essential
Previous experience in a Health & Safety role
Experience as an HSE Advisor, EHS Advisor, Health & Safety Advisor or Health & Safety Manager
Strong understanding of workplace health & safety legislation and best practice
The confidence to work with teams at all levels and promote a positive safety culture
Manufacturing experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
