On behalf of our client, a successful and growing group of manufacturing businesses, we are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the sales and commercial function for a well-established fabrication, machining, and finishing business based in Walsall. The Role
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will take full ownership of the sales and commercial function, driving new business development while strengthening relationships with existing key accounts. You'll set and deliver the commercial strategy for the site, working closely with operations to ensure sales growth is matched by capacity and capability. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring someone who can build, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, while also remaining close to the customer base and the wider market.
