Our client is looking for a motivated and hands-on leader to join their growing manufacturing team within a well-established global organisation.
As a Production Team Leader , you'll be responsible for leading a team of around 40 production operatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Working closely alongside another Team Leader and reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you'll play a key role in driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and developing your team.
