Our client is hiring for a driven and ambitious leader to join a thriving manufacturing team in a well-established, global organisation.

Salary: £38,000 Hours: 7.30am 4pm Mon Thu, 12pm finish on Friday As a Production Supervisor , youll be co-managing a team of around 40 production staff within a busy manufacturing environment.

Youll work alongside another supervisor, reporting into a Business Unit Manager, with plenty of support and guidance available to help you succeed.

What were looking for: Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (fabrication experience would be a bonus) Someone whos ambitious, motivated, and keen to grow their career in leadership Ideally a hands-on background in a technical trade such as fabrication or sheet metal, with the drive to step up into management A team player who can motivate and develop others Why this role?
