Our client is looking for a motivated and hands-on leader to join their growing manufacturing team within a well-established global organisation. As a Manufacturing Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading and developing a team of around 40 production operatives within a busy manufacturing environment. Working closely alongside another Team Leader and reporting into the Business Unit Manager, youll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining high quality standards, improving processes, and creating a positive team culture.
