We’re recruiting for a growing, UK-established business that supplies and maintains specialist industrial equipment used across a range of operational sites. The role is mainly workshop-based, keeping equipment built, serviced and ready-to-go with occasional site visits for installs, call-outs and commissioning. If you’re a calm, practical Maintenance engineer who enjoys fault-finding and taking ownership, this one will suit you.

What you’ll be doing (day-to-day):

  • Workshop builds, maintenance and repairs (pre-despatch + post-return servicing)
  • Diagnosing electrical/mechanical faults and getting equipment back to standard fast
  • Occasional site work: deliveries, installs, servicing, breakdown response, commissioning (RAMS-led)
  • Completing job reports / service logs and keeping stakeholders updated

The “you’ll fit if…”

  • You’re multi-skilled (mechanical + electrical) and strong on fault finding/diagnostics
  • You’ve worked with industrial kit such as diesel-powered plant, pumps/pipework, generators, compressors, control panels (or similar)
  • Comfortable around 415V 3-phase and 12/24V DC systems
  • Happy to join a 24/7 on-call rota (typically 1 week in every 3–4) and be the dependable one when it matters
  • You work safely (RAMS/permit-to-work mindset) and communicate clearly

Must-haves:

  • Full UK driving licence + right to work in the UK
