We’re working with a reputable and busy building company who are currently looking for a skilled labourer to join their team on a long-term basis. The role will be based on a site in Truro, supporting a range of ongoing building and renovation projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience on construction sites who is reliable, hard-working, and ready to hit the ground running.
The role:
- General site labouring duties
- Assisting tradespeople and ensuring the site is kept clean and tidy
- Supporting with deliveries and basic groundwork tasks

Hours are Monday to Friday, 7.00am – 3.30pm. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with an initial 12-week temporary period and the potential to move into a permanent role for the right person.
