Following a significant investment in their facility and equipment, our client is looking for a commercially driven, revenue-focused Managing Director to lead their precision engineering business through its most ambitious growth phase to date. This is a long-term appointment for a proven leader who is ready to take the helm of an established business with real momentum behind it. Working closely with the owners, the successful candidate will have the autonomy to shape strategy, build their team, and own the commercial agenda from day one. The mandate
- Define and execute a commercial growth strategy to quadruple turnover within five years
- Develop new market opportunities and revenue streams alongside protecting and growing existing accounts

- Work in close partnership with the owners, providing clear reporting and strategic direction
