The Role We re looking for a commercially sharp, hands-on Sales Director to take ownership of a sales function of eight, spanning both Account Management and Business Development.

You ll be responsible for driving the team to consistently hit and exceed company sales targets, while keeping a close eye on the numbers that matter: revenue, margin, and performance against target.

This is a leadership role for someone who leads from the front: coaching, motivating, and holding the team accountable, while staying firmly focused on the commercial fundamentals that underpin sustainable growth.
