We’re recruiting for an Sales Advisor to join a successful and growing sales office located just outside Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected national business with a long-standing history, a supportive team culture, and excellent earning potential.

About the Role as a Sales Advisor
You’ll be working in a tight-knit internal sales team, managing a mix of existing customer accounts and developing new business opportunities. Initially, you’ll be given a small portfolio of customers, along with warm and lapsed leads, and a prospect list to get started.
This is primarily an office-based role focused on telephone sales, but there are occasional opportunities to attend client visits to help strengthen relationships and develop your sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities as a Sales Advisor
* Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customers
* Make outbound sales calls to new and existing clients
* Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships
* Prepare quotes and negotiate pricing
* Collaborate with internal departments and external sales staff
* Take part in a 6-month structured training and induction programme
Who we’re looking for
