We are hiring for a Quality Inspector on behalf of a growing manufacturing business in Herefordshire, part of a successful, privately owned group undergoing major investment and change.
Day shifts: 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday

Reporting to the QHSE Manager, you will inspect materials and products at all production stages, supporting quality control and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities as a Quality Inspector:- Inspect raw materials, first-offs, in-process and finished goods using visual, measurement, and functional checks.
- Identify non-conformances, support corrective actions, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, report trends, and assist with audits and stock checks.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure consistent quality across all processes.
- Proven quality inspection experience with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in using inspection tools, taking measurements, and recording accurate findings.
- Clear communicator, comfortable working closely with production teams.
