We are hiring for a Quality Inspector on behalf of a growing manufacturing business in Herefordshire, part of a successful, privately owned group undergoing major investment and change.

Day shifts: 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday

Employee Assistance Package

Reporting to the QHSE Manager, you will inspect materials and products at all production stages, supporting quality control and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities as a Quality Inspector:
  • Inspect raw materials, first-offs, in-process and finished goods using visual, measurement, and functional checks.
  • Identify non-conformances, support corrective actions, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records, report trends, and assist with audits and stock checks.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure consistent quality across all processes.
