Our client is looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership and drive things forward. Someone who’s comfortable holding people accountable and keeping projects on track. This role comes off the back of a major new contract win, delivering a strong pipeline of work over the next 5 years. You’ll be responsible for bringing new projects into the business and ensuring they land successfully. It’s a role for someone with presence, not just process.

What you’ll be doing as a Project Manager:

  • Managing new projects from initial handover through to delivery
  • Leading new product introduction (NPI) activities into the business
  • Coordinating across teams to ensure timelines and milestones are met
  • Holding internal stakeholders accountable to deadlines
  • Identifying risks and keeping projects moving at pace
  • Acting as a central point of communication across the project

What we’re looking for from our Project Manager:

  • Experience in project management within manufacturing environments
  • Background in NPI, ideally within aerospace or automotive
  • Strong personality — able to challenge, push, and drive progress
  • Organised, structured, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Engineering background helpful, but not essential
