Hours: 7.30am – 4pm Mon–Thu, 7.00am – 12pm on Friday
As a Production Manager, you’ll oversee a team of around 25 production staff, working alongside another manager and reporting directly into a Business Unit Manager. You’ll have the autonomy to drive performance and standards while being fully supported by senior leadership who are committed to developing strong managers for the future of the business.
What we’re looking for:

Proven leadership within a manufacturing or production environment (fabrication or sheet metal experience is highly desirable)
*
Someone who is confident in managing people, output and standards across a production area
*
Experience gained from a hands-on technical trade such as fabrication, sheet metal, CNC or similar, now stepping into or already operating at management level
*
A strong communicator who can motivate, develop and lead teams effectively
