About the Role
As Manufacturing Engineer, you'll get hands-on with the manufacturing process, identifying and implementing improvements that boost efficiency, quality, and productivity across the site. This is a practical, floor-based role for someone who understands manufacturing processes first-hand and wants to use that knowledge to make things better.
What We're Looking For
- A traditional engineering background, ideally gained through an apprenticeship
- Hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment, such as machining, fabrication, sheet metal, pressings, or tool making
- A genuine interest in manufacturing improvement and process development
- A practical, problem-solving approach and the confidence to work directly on the shop floor
