Initially, you’ll be given a small portfolio of customers, along with warm and lapsed leads, and a prospect list to get started. This is primarily an office-based role focused on telephone sales, but there are occasional opportunities to attend client visits to help strengthen relationships and develop your sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities as an Internal Account Manager * Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customers * Make outbound sales calls to new and existing clients * Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships * Prepare quotes and negotiate pricing * Collaborate with internal departments and external sales staff * Take part in a 6-month structured training and induction programme Who we’re looking for as an Internal Account Manager We’re open on industry background – you may come from sales, recruitment, account management, retail, or customer service. Most important is your attitude and motivation to succeed.
